The Service provides social media management features, including cross-platform posting and scheduling. To offer these features, we integrate with Google and other third-party social media platforms.

Limited Use Disclosure: We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Google user data to provide the core functionality of the Service, and will not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties.

Access Tokens (which grant us permission to post on your behalf) are stored in our secure database using industry-standard encryption. These tokens are necessary for the Service to function without requiring you to constantly re-authenticate. They are only used to execute the publishing actions you explicitly schedule.
Location: All data, including personal data and social media tokens, is stored on secure, managed servers located in Singapore.
Protection: We implement robust security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data (such as social media tokens) at rest. We utilize secure password hashing.
Retention: We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Post Content scheduled for future dates is retained until the post is executed, after which the content history is retained for 90 days or reporting purposes, or until you explicitly delete it.
We DO NOT sell your Personal Data or Google User Data to third parties.
Your data is only disclosed in the following circumstances:
With Your Consent: When you actively connect a social media account, you consent to our Service using your Access Token to perform the marketing tasks you initiate.
To Our Sub-Processors: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting providers) only to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf and under strict confidentiality agreements.
For Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government request.
You have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Data.
Access/Update: You can access and update most of your account information directly through your Service dashboard.
Deletion: If you wish to terminate your account and request deletion of your data, please contact us at upport[at]proxliner.com. We will process the request within 30 days.
